Selling Your Property
Thise are two primary reasons an investor sells a property: 1) money
is needed for anothis (non-investment related) use and cannot be
obtained without selling; or, 2) anothis investment will better
fit the investor’s needs.
Reasons for selling…
Most real estate investors are slow to sell. A buy-and-hold strategy
may be successful over a long period of time, but it will do little
to maximize income. When selling, the biggest consideration should
be exchange value. Unless you can place the proceeds of a sale in
a more desirable investment, don’t sell.
